You can return the product you have purchased from our website www.nanotium.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, without using it, unopened and undamaged. For all your return requests, a notification e-mail should be sent to the info@nanotium.com e-mail address.

The product that is planned to be returned must be returned together with the invoice or delivery note, in its original packaging, undamaged and, if any, with the gift delivered with the product.
MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED
Before receiving the packages that you think are damaged during shipping, open them in front of the authorized personnel of the cargo company and check them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after receiving the product, provided that you do not keep a record.
In accordance with the three paragraphs of the 15th article of the distance sales regulation, cosmetic products used in terms of health and hygiene cannot be returned.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the Buyer cannot exercise its legal right of withdrawal regarding the following Product/service(s), even if it has not been used:
• Products or services whose price changes depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the Seller,
• Products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs (those that are customized for the person/personal needs by making changes/additions),
• Products that can spoil quickly or expire,
• Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return in terms of health-hygiene,
• Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
• Services started to be performed with the Buyer's approval before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
RETURN WITH CARGO
The product is not destroyed, its original package, box and packaging is not damaged; It must be returned in its own special box or package, complete with all accessories, unused, retaining its resalable feature and, if any, as it was sent to you.
After the request is approved at info@nanotium.com, you can send your return with the contracted cargo number and company that will be given to you. Returns made via www.nanotium.com can be shipped free of charge with a contracted cargo company.
PAY BACK
When your return reaches our company, the product will be checked and if it meets the return conditions, the return process will be initiated in accordance with the payment instrument you have used.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be made within fourteen (14) days in accordance with the payment instrument you have used.
